AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, AND JAPAN UPDATE

As you all hopefully know by now, The Download festivals in Melbourne, Sydney and Tokyo as well as our shows with the Deftones in Brisbane and Adelaide have been canceled. We are absolutely bummed. However, considering the severity, speed and increasing frequency of COVID-19 and more importantly with the safety of our fans, crew and families in mind, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our headline show in Auckland, New Zealand as well. We’d like our fans and friends to know, in spite of the obvious danger this really was quite a difficult reality to accept.

We were really looking forward to this tour. Shows in Australia and New Zealand have consistently been the highlights of any Baroness tour cycle, and we know we’ve been away too long. Over the past few years we’ve worked as diligently as possible to get ourselves and our music back to you all. Though entirely out of our control, we are genuinely sorry to have to postpone our travel to your countries, but this current global health crisis demands respect, vigilance and responsible action from everyone involved. We PROMISE, we’ll come back as soon as we are able.
